01. Data Acquisition & Categorization
In the course of providing predictive analytics services, Mokehajx Analytics acts primarily as a data processor for Indonesian enterprises. We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to a particular consumer or household.
The categories of personal data we process include professional identifiers (name, email, corporate affiliation), digital identifiers (IP addresses, device metadata), and behavioral analytics derived from interaction with our forecasting platforms. We do not engage in the collection of sensitive biometric or financial transaction data outside of specific contractual requirements for enterprise modeling.
02. Algorithmic Integrity & Processing
Our primary objective is to transform raw data into strategic insights. This processing is performed under a strict legal basis: either the performance of a contract or the legitimate interest of optimizing enterprise operations.
-
A
Anonymization First Unless explicitly required for individual-level forecasting, all data sets are anonymized or pseudonymized before entering our primary modeling environment.
-
B
No Secondary Usage We never lease or sell client data to third-party brokers. Your data serves one purpose: the generation of insights for your specific enterprise.
Disclosure Protocols
A transparent record of how and when we interface with external entities.
Technical Sub-processors
We utilize highly regulated cloud infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud and AWS nodes within the Southeast Asia region) to host our computational clusters. These partners are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that match our own rigorous standards.
Legal Compliance
Information may be disclosed to Indonesian regulatory authorities only when strictly required by law or during a verified security breach investigation. We challenge overbroad requests to protect the sanctity of our clients' intellectual property.
03. Retention & Persistence
Data is retained only for the duration necessary to satisfy the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by Indonesian statutory regulations. For predictive projects, historical data is often held for a 5-year window to ensure the accuracy of seasonal forecasting, after which it is automatically purged or permanently de-identified.
We maintain backups in encrypted, geographically redundant locations within Indonesia to prevent data loss due to equipment failure or localized disasters.
Your Rights under PDP Law
Indonesia's Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law grants you specific control over your information.
Access & Rectification
Request a copy of your personal data or demand the correction of inaccurate metrics associated with your profile.
Erasure & Portability
Request the deletion of your data or its transfer to another provider, subject to contractual and legal limitations.
Privacy Inquiries
Contact our Data Protection Officer for any clarifications or manual requests.
